Description
Absentee voting; application form contents. Removes the requirement that a person applying for an absentee ballot provide supporting information regarding the reason he is eligible for an absentee ballot. The applicant will still be required to provide the reason he will be absent or unable vote at his polling place on the day of the election. Read the Bill »
