Description
Placing swastika on certain property with intent to intimidate; penalty. Increases the penalty for placing a swastika on certain property with the intent to intimidate from a Class 6 felony to a Class 4 felony. The bill also expands the crime to include placing a swastika with the intent to intimidate on the property of another, a highway, or other public place. Read the Bill »
