Description
Injury to property or persons by persons unlawfully or riotously assembled; penalty. Eliminates the requirement that an injury must be premediated for any person or persons unlawfully or riotously assembled to be guilty of injury to another person. The bill also provides that if such violation occurs during a state of emergency then the offender is guilty of a Class 4 felony. Read the Bill »
