Description

Parking of vehicles; electric vehicle charging spots; civil penalties. Prohibits a person from parking a vehicle that is not a plug-in electric vehicle in a space reserved for charging electric vehicles. A violation is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $250, and the vehicle may be towed or impounded. Read the Bill »
