Description

Municipal taxation of electronic gaming machines. Authorizes any city or town that has general taxing authority under the Uniform Charter Powers Act to impose a tax at a rate not to exceed 10 percent of the amount paid to play an electronic gaming machine, as defined in the bill. Read the Bill »
