Description
Disposing of litter; penalty. Increases the fine for dumping or disposing of litter, trash, or other unsightly matter on public or private property from a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $2,500 to a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5,000. The bill also increases the mandatory minimum period of community service in lieu of confinement in jail from 10 hours to 40 hours. Read the Bill »
