Description
Health maintenance organizations; insolvency. Updates provisions of the Code of Virginia related to insolvency procedures for health maintenance organizations (HMOs) that were inconsistent with the method to address insolvencies provided for members of the Virginia Life, Accident and Sickness Insurance Guaranty Association.
