Description
Virginia Public Procurement Act; architectural and professional engineering term contracting; certain localities. Exempts any locality with a population in excess of 400,000 from the limitations on architectural and professional engineering contract single-project fees for environmental, location, design, and inspection work regarding highways and bridges. Current law exempts the Commissioner of Highways from such limitations and the exemption is continued in the bill. Read the Bill »
