Description
Law-enforcement officers; minimum qualifications. Modifies the existing minimum qualification for law-enforcement officers that prohibits any such officer from entering upon the duties of such office if he has been convicted of or pled guilty or no contest to any misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, including petit larceny, by providing that the prohibition applies only if such conviction or plea has occurred within the last three years.
