Description
Titling and registration of foreign market vehicles. Authorizes the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue a negotiable title for a foreign market vehicle manufactured 25 or more years ago that does not comply with current federal safety requirements. Current law only allows for a negotiable title to be issued to such vehicles manufactured prior to 1968. Read the Bill »
