Deed from the Commonwealth to the United States; Chamberlin Hotel at Fort Monroe. Provides that no provision of law shall suspend or affect the provision of the deed from the Commonwealth to the United States by which the Chamberlin Hotel at Fort Monroe, Virginia, shall revert and revest in the Commonwealth.
