Description
Donated human breast milk; payment of medical assistance. Directs the Board of Medical Assistance Services to include a provision for the payment of medical assistance for pasteurized donated human breast milk acquired from a licensed human breast milk bank and provides for the licensure and regulation of human breast milk banks by the Department of Health.
