Description
Criminal cases; transfer to general district court. Provides that any criminal proceeding pending in a juvenile and domestic relations district court may be transferred to the general district court in the same territorial jurisdiction for disposition, provided that the offender and the victim are both age 18 or older at the time of the offense, upon the petition of a victim and with consent of a juvenile and domestic relations district court judge.
