Admission to bail; rebuttable presumptions against bail. Eliminates provisions regarding the rebuttable presumptions against being admitted to bail. The bill also provides that in making a bail determination, a judicial officer shall consider all relevant information, including a number of factors specified in the bill. Read the Bill »
