Description
Learner's permits; use of personal communications device. Makes all use, except in a driver emergency or when the vehicle is lawfully parked or stopped, of a personal communications device by a holder of a learner's permit a primary offense. Current law creates a primary offense for holding a handheld personal communications device while driving a motor vehicle. Read the Bill »
