Description
Commonwealth Transit Ridership Fund; creation. Creates the Commonwealth Transit Ridership Fund as a component of the Transportation Trust Fund to pay for free and reduced public transit fares throughout the Commonwealth. Any revenues generated by the retail sale of marijuana and marijuana products is deposited into the Fund. The bill does not become effective unless the retail sale of marijuana and marijuana products is legalized. Read the Bill »
