Description
Fair Housing Law; exemptions; tenant's source of funds. Exempts an owner that, individually or through a business entity, owns more than a 10 percent interest in more than 10 rental dwelling units in the Commonwealth from the provisions of the Fair Housing Law that prohibit discrimination against a person based on such person's source of funds. Current law exempts owners that own more than 10 percent interest in more than four rental dwelling units in the Commonwealth. Read the Bill »
