§ 37.2-421.2. Substance abuse services providers; assessment of tobacco use.

A. As used in this section, "tobacco product" has the same meaning as provided in § 18.2-371.2.

B. Every provider licensed pursuant to this article that provides services to individuals with substance use disorder shall assess each individual receiving services for use of all tobacco products at the time the provider begins providing services.
