We need more than just a bill to compensate for the wrongfully incarcerated,this is a start I thank all that voted ya.i knew Paul Crum long time friend helped him with his habeas shame the money he never got Paul had cancer found out when he was released The doctors at Deerfield correctional center did nothing to find out what was wrong with him.
