A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 3 of Title 38.2 a section numbered 38.2-327, relating to property insurance; invoices to list insured property address.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 3 of Title 38.2 a section numbered 38.2-327 as follows:

§ 38.2-327. Invoices; property insurance.

Any invoice sent pursuant to an insurance contract on property or on any interest therein or arising therefrom shall list the address of the insured property or property interest.
