HB192: Opioids; amends sunset provisions relating to prescriber requesting information about a patient.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 113 and the second enactment of Chapter 406 of the Acts of Assembly of 2016, as amended by the second enactment of Chapter 249 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017, are amended and reenacted as follows:
2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1,
2022 2027.
2. That the third enactment of Chapter 249 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 is amended and reenacted as follows:
3. That the provisions of the first enactment of this act
shall expire on July 1, 2022 2027.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 113 and the second enactment of Chapter 406 of the Acts of Assembly of 2016, as amended by the second enactment of Chapter 249 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017, are amended and reenacted as follows:
