Health insurance; carrier disclosure of certain information. Requires a carrier or its pharmacy benefits manager to, upon request of a health care provider on behalf of an enrollee or a third party on behalf of the health care provider, furnish certain information to the health care provider or the authorized third party. The bill requires the carrier to ensure the data is provided in real-time, is in the same format in which the request is made or agreed to by the parties, and is accurate at the time of the request.
