Description

County or city public animal shelters; return of animals after expiration of stray hold period. Authorizes an animal shelter to return a cat to the place from which it was taken after the expiration of the stray hold period. Any such cat shall be vaccinated for rabies, spayed or neutered, and eartipped. Read the Bill »
