Description
Green banks; regional agreements. Provides that any two or more localities may enter into agreements with one another for joint action to establish a green bank to promote investment in clean energy technologies and provide financing for clean energy technologies. The governing bodies of participating localities must each adopt an ordinance to approve such agreement before the agreement takes effect.
