Description

Department of General Services; adjustment of boundary lines of surplus property. Provides that the Department of General Services may determine that a boundary line of surplus property is in need of adjustment and may work with landowners to make such adjustment. The bill provides that the Department may determine that a grant or acceptance of an easement may facilitate such adjustment and may enter into such easement in a form approved by the Attorney General and subject to the written approval of the Governor. The bill also makes changes regarding the notice of sale of surplus property. Read the Bill »
