Projecting vehicle loads; flagging. Requires any vehicle transporting a load that projects from either side of the vehicle by more than four inches or from the rear of the vehicle by more than four feet to have the extremities of the load marked with square blaze orange fluorescent warning flags at least 18 inches on a side.
