Fair Labor Standards Act waiver; employees with disabilities. Removes the provision of the Code stating that any person who is paid pursuant to Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act is not considered an employee for the purposes of the Virginia Minimum Wage Act. Read the Bill »
