Anti-Human Trafficking and Survivor Trust Fund. Creates the Anti-Human Trafficking and Survivor Trust Fund, which shall be administered by a Board of Trustees and used for the support and development of services for the prevention of human trafficking and the treatment and support of human trafficking victims.
