Description

Powers and duties of political subdivisions; emergency management assessment. Provides that all political subdivisions shall provide an annually updated emergency management assessment and data related to emergency sheltering capabilities to the State Coordinator of Emergency Management on or before August 1 of each year. Under current law, such assessment and data is due to the State Coordinator of Emergency Management on or before May 1 of each year. Read the Bill »
