Description
Sales tax exemption; gold, silver, and platinum bullion. Extends from June 30, 2022, to June 30, 2025, the sunset date for the sales tax exemption for gold, silver, and platinum bullion and legal tender coins. The bill eliminates the limitation that only purchases in excess of $1,000 are eligible for the exemption. Read the Bill »
