VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend and reenact § 4.14, as amended, of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, which provided a charter for the City of Falls Church, relating to qualifications for members of boards and commissions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 4.14, as amended, of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 4.14. The council in making appointments shall act only by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the council. All members of boards and commissions, appointed by the council, shall be qualified voters of the city, actually residing at least eighteen years of age and reside within the city limits.
