Is it propaganda to cite statistics showing how many vaccinated people have died from reactions to it? Is it propaganda to cite statistics showing how many people got sick immediately after being vaccinated or despite being vaccinated?

John Mannarino writes:

Wow. The absence of vaccine mandates and prohibitions placed on public health officer, health care professionals, schools and businesses to require vaccines is doing nothing more to end this pandemic, and allowing the virus to continue to mutate and adapt to our measures to inhibit its adaptation and spread. Requiring the public to respond to health emergencies is not a political act. It is no different than enacting no smoking rules, to protect people from second hand smoke. This is an irresponsible action on the part of the legislature.
