Description

Highway use fee, mileage-based user fee program; program clarifications developed by the working group. Directs the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to establish a process for issuing prorated refunds of mileage-based user fees to certain participants. The bill prohibits the disclosure of certain data necessary for the administration of the mileage-based user fee program and authorizes participants in the mileage-based user fee program to participate without location tracking.
