Description

Conveyance of easement. Authorizes the Department of Conservation and Recreation to grant and convey an easement and right-of-way at Machicomoco State Park (i) to Patrick F. Lemon and Vickie M. Lemon and (ii) to Eric James Baldwin and Christy Willet Baldwin. The easement will allow ingress and egress from the existing Braeburn Lane and Timberneck Farm Road to the grantees' properties.
