Requires the Board of Education's Regulations Governing the Use of Seclusion and Restraint in Public Elementary and Secondary Schools in Virginia to apply to school security officers and school resource officers and requires the Board to make such amendments to such regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of the bill.
