Description
Public school teachers; licensure; recruitment and retention; provision of temporary funding. Directs temporary funding to be provided to local school divisions identified as having experienced increased teacher turnover or teacher staffing shortages for the purpose of providing recruitment and retention bonuses to encourage teachers to attain employment and remain employed in such school divisions and teacher tuition assistance to support provisionally licensed teachers in such school divisions in attaining full licensure.
