Disabled parking placards; validity; fees. Extends from six months to 12 months the maximum duration for which the DMV may issue a temporary removable windshield placard to a person with a disability that limits or impairs his ability to walk or that creates a concern for his safety while walking. The bill also eliminates the fee for the issuance of temporary and permanent disabled parking placards and includes technical amendments. Read the Bill »
