Trial by jury; contact with jurors after trial prohibited; penalty. Creates a Class 1 misdemeanor for any defendant who knowingly and intentionally contacts, with the intent to harass, intimidate, or threaten, a juror regarding such juror's service as a juror after a jury trial. Read the Bill »
