Description

Dental hygienists; remote supervision. Extends from 90 days to 180 days the period during which a dental hygienist practicing under remote supervision may continue to treat a patient, after which period the supervising dentist shall conduct an examination or refer the patient to another dentist to conduct an examination. Under current law, a dental hygienist practicing under remote supervision may continue to treat a patient for 90 days. Read the Bill »
