Mr. Speaker, ladies and gentlemen of the House, with us today in the gallery, we have 7th and 8th grade students known as the men of distinction from Essex intermediate school. Once a week these future leaders, they dress up, they put on their Sunday best, and they meet with respectable leaders in the community to address and to learn the skills that are needed to be successful. Also in the gallery, if they are still with us, we have 40 senior government students from King and Queen central high school. They are here to observe us in action, and to learn about the legislative process here in the capitol.
